"We had a big name plumbing company come out to look at what was happening at our house. They said there was a break in our old cast iron pipes and it was likely there were more breaks through out the system. We were scared and worried how’d we’d figure out how to make that expensive repair happen. After almost two weeks without water trying to scramble to figure out how to come up with the money for it, we decided to call and have a second opinion. Anna’s couldn’t have been more communicative and a pleasure to work with. Even before our plumber even arrived at our house we were already impressed. Then Grant came for our consultation. He eased our fears and gave us multiple options instead of jumping right to a whole house repiping job. The next day he came with a scope camera to look at our pipes to see where the break was and what needed to be repaired. He put the scope down where the main drain line in our house is and saw a “soft blockage” gently nudged it with the scope and it came unstuck immediately. With. The. Scope. Not a drain snake or equipment even meant for that job. The plumber before said it was so bunked up he didn’t wanna put his equipment down there because you thought it would get stuck. Grant put his camera scope down there and had the drain unclogged in less than 10 mins of his arrival. He continued to scope our entire plumbing system. Both bathrooms, the kitchen, the washer and all the way out to the main sewer to the street. NO BREAKS. No damage no nothing. That big box plumber told us we’d have to spend $22,000 to fix our problem and put the fear into us. Anna’s and Grant did it with grace, without scare tactic and professionalism. We cannot recommend them enough. Definitely our new plumber and the one we will be recommending to everyone from now on. Thank you Anna’s and especially to Grant for saving us!!!!!!"

"Tankless water heater issues on the weekend…not good! Anna’s AHP open on the weekend and doesn’t have an extra weekend service charge, win! My tankless water heater was not lighting up when hot water turned on, recycling power only worked a few times and was requiring more and more cycles just to get it going. I didnt want to limp it along any longer. Anna’s picked up on the second ring and had me booked with one of their plumbing techs minutes later who was there in an hour. Grant arrived and in a few minutes had a diagnostic plan. Long story short…lighting issue fixed and system working smoothly. I am glad Anna’s (and Grant) was there for me on a Sunday afternoon. Small local business here in Melbourne…will definitely call them again."
