Not a big issue wiring not properly defined. Anyway Jake came out and fixed issue. He was professional and did an excellent job. So far it seems their technicians are professional and know what they are doing. I appreciate that. The only slight issue I had was Jake advised me of low capacitor reading. I asked to quote and he advised. I won't say the quote here and definitely wasn't Jakes fault. But the amount they charged was like 15 times the cost of the part. While I do agree they are a company and do need to make money I think sometimes there is gouging. I do think they are still a good business but I am going to go to utube university when capacitor fails. I will save a lot of money."
